Acceptance of terms and conditions
The following are the terms on which we offer you to access our site and services.

Changes to the terms and conditions
We may change the terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon us updating the updated terms and conditions on this web site. It’s important that you are responsible for ensuring you are up to date with the latest terms and conditions.
Our service
Talent Talks Ltd operates a casting website whereby advertisers may choose to place advertisements. Applicants such as models, actors, dancers and applicants seeking casting calls within the entertainment industry may choose to apply to such advertisements, at which point Talent Talks Ltd will forward the applicant's details to the advertiser or display further application instructions.
Talent Talks Ltd is not responsible for the content and makes no guarantees as to the accuracy of the advertisements. We will always check out jobs the best we can but members should always use their own judgement in deciding whether or not to apply for any roles advertised on the Talent Talks website. We provide our service only for the purposes of providing listings for casting and auditions with third party advertisers. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for the actions of any advertiser of any role featured on this site.
Talent Talks Ltd does not make a charge to an advertiser in the event that it employs an applicant and does not charge a fee or take commission from an applicant who has secured work from the provision of the service.
General
The fees payable in respect of the Service shall be those fees as set out on the website from time to time. We reserve the right to vary the fees in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Price Changes & Payments
We reserve the right to increase fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time. Members will be notified in writing at least 14 days prior to any price changes.
If you select the monthly payment, your account will be debited the monthly cost on the said day each month. If this date falls on a weekend or Public Holiday, the payment may be taken on the last working day before the payment date. The monthly payment will continue to be taken until cancellation is made with the required written notice.
By selecting the annual upfront payment (either with or without a promotional code) you will have access to all Talent Talks job roles for 1 calendar year. Upon anniversary, you will automatically be debited for a further 12 months. This will be at the annual subscription rate as advertised at the time. Any promotional code is valid for the initial joining fee only.
Cancellations
If you wish to end your membership with Talent Talks Ltd, you will need to provide us with a written request. Your account will be ceased after 7 working days. To avoid being charged for that particular month, your written request will need to be with us 7 working days prior to when the next Direct Debt is due.
Your Profile
When signing up with Talent Talks Ltd, your profile will be viewable to yourself under your Log In, Talent Talks Ltd Agents and any Talent Talks Partners including casting agencies who have access to our Talent Directory in order to hand pick for particular roles.
Sharing your content and information
Any information submitted by you through the site may be read and used by Talent Talks Ltd and utilised for marketing purposes indefinitely. Your material may appear in Google and other search engines.
Partners
Any promotions / vouchers / services that you purchase through Talent Talks Ltd with any of our partners is subject to it’s individual Terms & Conditions but will be listed at the time of purchase.
Privacy
We will not sell or allow third parties to access your personal information without your consent, however you agree that Talent Talks Ltd may disclose your personal information, including your name and contact details, to the relevant authorities, parties and/or the applicable intellectual property right holders (or their representatives) where the law requires us to do so.
