Male with Spanish Accent (Voice Age of 25-35) for VR Game. Paid

We are currently looking for Voice Actors for a Virtual Reality game with the temporary title 'Henchman 697: CoVRt operation'.

The game is a goofy spy narrative-puzzle game, in which you play as a low-rank henchman for a Dr. Evil type boss. Your objective is to infiltrate the bachelor pad of your organization’s nemesis Dick Johnson, an arrogant narcissistic shameless James Bond caricature, to retrieve the 'Macguffin' and escape.

The game will be showcased at EGX 2020 in September this year (or equivalent if it were to get cancelled), which is the biggest game convention in the UK.

We are currently looking to fill four roles. One of them is.....

- FERNANDO CONTRERAS (30s/Spanish/Male):
Numero uno with the señoras and numero uno with the villainy. Fernando is, first and foremost, someone who takes action. He is Henchman#1. He couldn’t care less if today is your grandmother’s funeral or if you’re suffering from a degenerative disease, Fernando wants to get stuff done. If he doesn’t manage that, he’ll turn his anger to the source of failure and you best be out of his sight. A modern Narcissus, Fernando’s main point of pride is his wavy black hair. Anyone who feels it can attest that it is smoother than a baby seal’s fur and darker than the shadows of an unexplored cavern. Unfortunately for Fernando, beautiful hair is no substitute for a genuine personality.

Voice-characteristic: Spanish accent. Low, smooth/silky voice. Someone to play up the cliché of the smooth “exotic” foreign womanizer.

The character is a 30 year old male with a Spanish accent. You don't necessarily need to be 30 but your voice needs to suggest you are.

Location: The National Film and Television School, Studios, Station Rd, Beaconsfield HP9 1LG.

Recording: We'd be looking to do the VO recording sometime mid-June to end-June. We'd be happy to be flexible, working around the artists schedule, and will of course follow all suitable COVID procedures at the time.

Payment: The NFTS/Equity daily rate of £87.2 + all expenses paid.
