Children aged 6-11 wanted for ophthalmic brand shoot.

The shoot will take place in London the week commencing 17th May, exact date and location TBC.

Payment for the role is £500 for the shoot fee.

In addition to this the buyout fees are:

Rate - £1500 (with the option to extend every year for another 1k per year, up to a total of 5 years)

Stills Use - 1 year Online
Stills Territory - UK, EU + Russia
Additional Use - 1 Year, In-Store
Filming Use - 1 Year Online (the filming will likely be 1 main film, + cut downs TBC number of CD's)
Filming Territory - UK, EU + Russia

If a parent is to chaperone the child on the shoot day a fee of £80 will be paid to the parent.
