New Job Post: We Are Casting For The Test Runs Of A Gameshow. ROLE: GUARDS. Shooting Over Multiple Days In January and February 2025

JOB: We are casting for a gameshow. Within the gameshow, various games will be played with multiple contestants involved.

This is a really fun project to be a part of - please note we can share very limited details of the show prior to you signing an NDA, which will be sent to you if you are booked.

You will be required to complete a self-declaration form. Please note that we will need to share your email address with production for them to send this form to you, via Cast It Reach. Once your completed form has been received by production, you will then be contacted to be told if you have been BOOKED or RELEASED for the role.

ROLE: GUARDS

The guards are an important part of the gameshow and essentially 'oversee' the contestants within the show.

Please note that your face will be covered in a mask for the duration of the shoot.

You will be provided with costume and props (as applicable)

There will be a fair amount of direction and movement involved in the production, so we're looking for people who are physically fit and healthy.

MILITARY experience/training or DANCE background a bonus though not essential - production want people with a strong, intimidating stance.

Males ideally 6ft to 6ft 2 inches tall or above for costume needs.

Ideally with experience of television and taking direction/instructions. 

Ages: Males Aged 21+ (we welcome all ages over 21) 

Main Location: West of London on the Elizabeth Line - Reading - (please note that you will need to be able to get the location for a potentially early call time, and you will need to be able to drive or travel via public transport). Travel assistance and accommodation will be provided for people over 45 minutes away from the location. You can expect to work multiple days in a row which will allow people from further afield to apply.

We have 18 different shoot dates between 18th January - 11th February. You won't be needed for all, but if you have good availability and if you are selected, we'll work with you to see when you are available and which days / nights we can book you on.

Please note that these will be a mixture of DAY SHOOTS, as well as NIGHT SHOOTS - you must be happy with BOTH types of shoot. 

Please note that you will never work more than 6 days consecutively in this period and will not be needed every day, but for the purposes of casting, we require people to be fully available

RATES

Dry-run/Rehearsal Days/ Nights/Bootcamp/Costume Fittings (ie not recorded/filmed): £210/10 hours (overtime @ 20% of day rate per hour)
Shoot Days: £310/10 hours (overtime @ 20% of day rate per hour)
Night Shoot: £460/10 hours (overtime @ 20% of day rate per hour)

If you have already attended a casting session for this, there is NO need to re-apply.
