We're looking for actors to assist in a call centre training day.
Your role will be playing a 15 year old child, on a call to the candidate in training. You will be required to improvise with your answers to the questions that the candidate will ask you. You will be briefed on the scenario of the call beforehand, but you need to remember, you're thinking and responding as if you are a 15 year old!
You will be required to be on 6 calls (separate candidates) and they should take around 10 minutes each, after each call, we'd like you to complete an assessment about how the candidate responded and made you feel on the call.
The date for this one is Tuesday 29th July in SE London. The full day will be 9am until 4:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Payment is £150 for the day.
No recordings of the call will take place, its just for the candidate to practice call handling.
