Paid £350 for 9+1 hour working day

BUYOUT FEE:

£3,000 x Featured Artist 

Total Buyout Fee is only due if Artist is fully recognisable in the final edit as a Featured Artist as defined in the IPA Equity Framework and paid when the commercial goes to air.

Territories: 

UK with the exception of Internet usage which is accessible worldwide and non-geolocked. Paid for Internet media will be targeted at the Territory.

Commercial(s): Up to 90”

All lengths promoting the Commercial(s), including all durations, cut-downs, versions, alternative product endings, alternative edit variations, promotional affiliations (including but not limited to 3rd party promotions whether incorporated into the Commercial(s) or otherwise forming part of it), and tag endings thereof all in relation to the Commercial(s). Plus all cutdowns for social/digital content, behind the scenes/making of films. Plus all images, whether moving or still, featuring the Artist and captured at the Shoot for the Commercial(s) as part of the Services, including stills lifted from all content.

Term: 3 Months from 1st airdate

All forms of television including without limitation, satellite, analogue, digital, VOD, BVOD, Non BVOD, terrestrial, cable, catch up, over-the-top TV (OTT), Connected TV (CTV) or any form of television now known or hereafter known via any medium and irrespective of any signal delivery system. Includes Internet usage on national and international domains without limitation, and also include the use in online video (OLV), social networks, pre-rolls, banner ads, MPU’s, Apps and other digital advertising formats on the Internet whether still, moving or audio-visual.
